About Us

What can we say? We love to drink. To take our imbibing to the next level, we decided to turn it into a formal hobby and start this blog. With The Informed Drinker, our goal is to explore the drinks we like—especially wine—to learn more about where it comes from, how it’s made, and to appreciate the subtleties of each drink’s flavor. As we dive deeper, we’ll pass along what we learn and hopefully have some fun along the way. Cheers!
